It Just Keeps Getting Better for the 2012 Odyssey

If family vehicle enthusiasts will be asked to describe the 2012 Honda Odyssey, they just might say that it is near-perfect. The old odyssey has been revamped once again gaining a more detailed look, better seating plus new connectivity and entertainment modifications. When the old odyssey was released in the market many years ago, it was intended for the baby boomers. However, Honda believes that it’s time for the Odyssey to be offered to the younger generation thus refreshing it. The new features to attract the younger crowd include Bluetooth, a USB interface, 2GB of music storage among many others and these are available on top trims.

Once you give the 2012 Odyssey a chance for a test drive, you will instantly love it. The Odyssey has always been known to be a vehicle that is cleverly packaged and very responsive to driving. Driving it on smaller roads is very easy because handling is smooth. The 2012 Odyssey is equipped with a 3.5-liter i-VTEC V-6 engine.

The Touring and Touring Elite trims come with six-speed automatic transmission while the rest are on a five-speed. Those with the six-speeds get *19 mpg city and *28 mpg highway. All models come with Variable Cylinder Management so you get to save on gas and hear lesser noises.

Since the Odyssey has always been for the family, interesting features are included for the safety and entertainment of the family. The three rows of seating are now roomier so six adults can fit and sit comfortably inside. This is due to the modification of the second row which you now can tilt and slide outward. LATCH connectors are now five sets for child seats. Crash test scores are great, too!
