Actual service was good. Wait time for my oil change was three hours with an appointment. No updates given to let me know of the delay in my ‘express’ service. Then I received a text two days later saying I missed my appointment? Really? Get it together Honda. I sat in the waiting room area for three hours and no one bothered to to give me a choice to come back to pick up my car later. Oil change with appointment took nearly 3 hours, 2 hours longer than promised with the "Express appointment" service. Later that evening, the "check engine" light appeared. I called and left message for the service advisor (Ramiro Montes) and 5 days later, I still have not received a call back. After taking it to another mechanic to inspect the check engine light cause, it turns out the air filter case was not closed, the hose that goes into the air filter case was left unhooked which caused air to enter and the check engine light to appear. The only Honda dealership that didn’t want to play games and just made the deal I wanted.
I took my car in for a recall. After the service, I noticed the passenger side fender obviously misaligned and several retainer clips were missing. The attention to detail was lacking and it seems like my vehicle was rushed. The service left me feeling like I should not expect a quality experience at this particular location. I hesitate to think about bringing my vehicle in again.
