Working as a Used Auto Technician we do not have much contact with customers since we are behind the scenes making sure the vehicle our customer purchases has the quality as that of a new vehicle. When I work on a vehicle I not only see the vehicle as a car that needs repairs, I perceive the vehicle as if it were my very own. Thus, treating each vehicle that comes through the door as my own, I can assure the customer that their vehicle will exit our doors in excellent condition. My job is to provide our customers with the satisfaction of knowing that the vehicle they are driving is safe. I would explain to our customer the repairs made on the vehicle, the functionality of the repairs, and know that I have test drove the car personally on the road to make sure we provide the best quality of repair. The most important information a customer should know as to why they should do business with Norm Reeves Honda is that each employee is a certified technician that always pays attention to the customer’s needs.
