The waiting room is very comfortable with ac outlets to charge your phone and vending machines for snacks and coffee. I wish there was a vending machine for sandwiches and salads.

I was told a few things that later turned out to be false intimation for example: told my insurance won't go up when I got a new vehicle but it did go up, told that leasing was going towards principal of a car but it was not
Both times I went they were very nice and listened to my concerns. Javier gave me a small discount on my services and Robert helped coordinate his team to fix my busted AC. While making sure it was covered under my Honda extended warranty.
