Norm Reeves had exactly the vehicle I was looking for and the staff were very helpful. Our salesperson, Nanette, took excellent care of us.
They said they fixed my car after it being there for 4 days that it was ready I drive off lot and started doing the say issue took it back immediately and they tell me it's something else? If the did a diagnostic why didn't they tell me that it I needed spark plugs when I talked to me about the other problems?
Had an appointment. Waited 15 minutes to get acknowledged when I arrived at the dealership. Asked for 2 years to get email updated, but never happened. Took over 2 hours for oil change. Never got multiple points inspection report. Claim they sent it.
Robert Gonzalez was very helpful and explained what we needed done clearly. We waited in the waiting area and the wait time was reasonable for the service that was done for our car. I consider it fast being that it was a Friday morning appointment and there was a long line of cars for service when we came in.

10/10 service from Trevor. Came with my civic having issues with idling. Trevor, took the time to explain the the potential solutions based on his experience and further explained a master tech would give me the best solution to the problem. After a couple of hours Trevor confirmed with pictures the culprit of the problem. The team performed the work that needed to be done and provided the car back to me running like new once more. If you have any issues or would like a tip tier advisor, ask for Trevor!

Left my car 4 days for repairs when I got back, alignment was not done correctly (if even done) and alloy rim was damaged. Had to take back my car twice to make corrections (which was an inconvenience). Also loan car was not cleaned inside personal papers were left in glove compartment of at least 4 prior rental individuals (privacy disclosure). Quality Control Issues. Not sure if I will return for future service. I should put this info on yelp and/or social media.
