I just got my BRAND NEW 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Touring Sport and I couldn’t be happier. AJ, Suranga, and Chandika, were absolutely incredible throughout the entire experience. From start to finish, they made us feel welcomed, supported, and confident in every step. Giving this review for my best friend (he doesnt have google account). My friend was looking for a new 2025 Civic Type R a month ago, and we were driving around to check 6 Honda dealerships that got it. After comparing prices, Norm Reeves Honda got the best price! How would you rate dont remember. had an appointment at 11:00am on June 30th and was there at 10:30 am early. Work done in my car is transmission fluid flush and fuel injection cleaning and body throttle cleaning. waited and was able to pick up my can at 5:30 pm after 7 hours. Terrible!? (5=excellent 4=good 3=average 2=fair 1=poor)

First time here and I experience great customer service. From the beginning Alexis Gallegos greeted us in such great friendly manner and directed us to the service advisers. Then our service adviser Jonathan, was friendly, professional, and very welcoming. I was just there for an oil change but Jonathan advice us there more to be done to my car or else my car was going to break down. He gave us a great deal for the service and offer a payment plan and a loaner car which was ever amazing. My car feels great and runs smooth.

After many years of moving away from Cerritos, we found ourselves returning to Norm Reeves Honda for our most recent car purchase.
