Good experience with USED VAN BUYING AT CERRITOS NORM REEVES HONDA
We went to buy a new van; but when we started looking at the used cars and the way the sales person Hussien explained and answered our questions, concerns patiently - we ended up buying a used 2008 Honda Odyssey. My 2 children are very pleased with the 8 seater van with leather, DVD, navigation, rear backup camera features. The sales person also reduced couple price and got us a good finaice. Overall the van buying experinece was very good and excellent. I will definitely go back to the dealer for my future automobiles needs. I will also recommend to anyone.

This is a story that must be told, first of all I bought a Toyota from Longo 4 yrs ago and thought I got a great deal. I did not realize till now that I received a horrible deal. I was "upside down" meaning my trade was worth way less than what i owed. I decided that I would look at Honda, also all of the Toyota recalls made me feel uneasy. I live in LA and saw the Norm Reeves Cable ad and figured the #1 Honda dealer should be able to help me. I was right!!! Dan is very friendly and goes out of his way to help the customer. He also is very frank when negotiating pricing. The final price was reasonable and justified, so you won't feel cheated. We had some hang-ups regarding the financing, but he smoothed everything out. He is also very accessible should you need to contact him afterwards, as we did in order to get a buyer's guide.
There was also another friendly salesperson although I didn't catch his name since he was new and didn't have a business card yet. He was very amicable during the test drive and satisfactorily answered all my questions regarding the car.
Overall I was very satisfied and would highly recommend Norm Reeves. This is not the first time we have dealt with them. You will not feel pressured to buy anything if you just want to stroll and observe. Their reputation and ranking speak for themselves.

I went into Norm Reeves Cerritos , and was kind of worried that I would get taken advantage of. I am not that educated in the whole process and Mark Lee showed me EVERYTHING! Dear Mr. Williams and Mr. Monell,
I wanted to write to you to tell you about the superb customer experience I had today working with Juan Huezo.
I live in Redondo Beach and while driving to your dealership this morning, I thought to myself, "Why am I driving all the way to Cerritos to get my car serviced?" Well, I can tell you that after my experience today, I will continue to make the drive to your dealership. :-)
1. Mr. Huezo greeted me with a smile and I could tell he must really enjoy what he does!
2. He took the time to show me how to identify the type of service my CR-V required. Who knew?
3. He took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done, the cost, and the time.
4. When he did a visual inspection of my vehicle, I joked "Don't look too close" and "Don't ask me what happened" because I was embarrassed of some scratches that were on my car. He made me feel so much better when he replied, "Oh, it's not that bad."
5. He also said he'd try to take off the scuff marks, which he did. I was amazed and you can hardly tell I did anything at all!!! WOW!
6. Mr. Huezo is so personable, friendly, helpful, and a joy.

What a pleasant experience on my first ever visit to the Service Department!! Contrary to traditional perception of questionable pracctices and high pressure, I was treated with total respect and uncommon courtesy. I am pleased to give Norm Reeves Honda Superstore an Excellent Rating, 10 on a scale of 10.
Here, for further information, are my observations and comments supporting my rating:
1. Access to the multi-service lines was spacious; the whole area was spotless
2. Service writers immediately acknowledged my arrival and directed me where to park
3. The magnetic car number was carefully and gently placed on the roof
4. Bennett, Service Manager, greeted me with a friendly smile and a "good morning, sir, how may we help you today?"; he listned first, looking me straight in the eyes, then took notes; he was never distracted from our conversation, he spoke slowly and clearly, and did not interrupt or tried to finish my sentences to hurry me along
5. Bennett, then took me inside the office where other service writers, who were not with customers, acknowledged my presence; Bennett entered my information on the computer and confirmed what I wanted done
6. When complete, he offered me the shuttle service, with another friendly smile, addressed me by name, and upon my departure asked "did you get your house keys?"
7. Upon returning, the same high level customer courtesy greeted me, my paperwork was processed quickly, my car was washed, brought up to the front, the door opened, and the paper floor mat/plastic seat protector removed; as I drove away, I noted a nice final touch... the air conditioner was on to cool and comfort me on the way hom on a warm day
In summary, the mailer for free/discounted service brought me into the store. The people I met and the service I received will bring me back.
Honda has a TV ad about "The Helpful Honda People" helping folks with household chores. Well, I offer an example to its truth.
I observed a young mother, another customer at your store, carrying a child in one arm and lugging the child's bulky car seat in the other to her (non-Honda) car out front. One of your associates noticed too and immediately offered to carry the seat for her. He not only did that. He then opened the car door and installed the seat for the appreciative mother. How's that for truth in advertising!!
This morning I brought in my 2005 Honda Accord for service. My brother was with me, so to kill some time we started walking through the lot looking at the new cars. Initially, I wasn’t in the market to purchase a new car. We ran in to Marc in the showroom. He was friendly and enthusiastically approached us and asked if he could answer any questions for us. I explained we were waiting for my car to be serviced and just browsing. Even though Marc knew we weren’t serious about buying a new car, he encouraged us to look at a couple of models on the lot even offering to drive across the way to a storage area where many more cars were available to choose from.
I test drove a 2010 Honda Accord EXL and I was hooked. I really liked the car. While there was nothing wrong with my current car, Marc was not pushy in the negotiating process, nor did I feel pressured to buy a new car. Marc was extremely professional, courteous and most of all, very genuine in his approach to give me the best deal possible. I drove away a very satisfied and happy customer. Marc has terrific people skills and provided outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend Norm Reeves Honda to my friends and have them ask for Marc.
I would also like to compliment Daniel in the Finance Department who processed the paperwork for my new car. He was extremely professional, very courteous and took the time to explain each piece of paper I was signing. He patiently answered all of my questions. I left his office feeling like a valued customer.

in buying a car. I will be returning to either extend, lease or purchase another Honda from Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos because of the wonderful treatment I received from Mr. Zegarra three years ago. I first encountered
Mr. Zegarra when I entered the lot; he was very forthright and honest when I explained my situation. He was very accommodating and efficiently speed me through the paperwork in exactly 1 hour and a half.
I remember it was 1hour and a half because it seemed impossible to be driving out with my new car so quickly. Mr. Zegarra guided me through the process with out any pressure or “games”. He said as we
walked into Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos he would help me drive out with the car I wanted with my terms as soon as he could and he did exactly that. Never have I had such a wonderful experience at a dealership before.
