First of all I just want to say I was apprehensive of these so called "super stores". I initially called in and spoke to a manager named Greg Iverson. He was helpful, courteous and he knew his stuff. He emailed me some info, which was clear, easy to understand and a great price. I had gotten some other quotes and wanted to see if Greg could beat them. He basically did, I was given a free service savings account and it was a nice touch! The salesperson was great too, but Mr Iverson deserves a atta boy!

I want to commend Norm Reeves Honda and all of the staff there. This dealership has got its act together. I was shopping, as all trying to save a few bucks. I hate the way that dealers play games thru the emails, sir--do you want a radio??? what color do you want, are you financing. Anyway you get the picture. I emailed Norm Reeves and it was easy too, they got back to me in 15-20 minutes with a price quote and payment alternatives,wow! I didnt pull one tooth. I called in and spoke with Greg, who was very nice, very professional and funny. He answered all of my questions, he also gave me the same exact quote that I received from his email--nice. No games here. I went in over the weekend and I wont mention the salesman, he was good--but he had the energy of old age. The finance officer was very good--thanks again and thanks Greg, you told me I wouldn't regret it, and I dont regret it
