I came in to buy an Accord and Jeff was my sales person. I called and he went and got my car from another dealership at night so i can buy it the following morning. When i arrived at 8:15 am he ha all the paperwork ready and the car was already cleaned. I was done with the whole process (including finance)in 45 minutes I definitley will recommend Jeff to all my friends and family

We went to look at the Honda Accord first, then conducted most of our business online to try and find the right deal. The person who contacted us, Jeff Aioki was FANTASTIC! He responded to our online request within 5 minutes, and answered all of our questions. He beat out every other dealer in price and was even willing to come in early on a Sunday when he was not scheduled to work in order to get the deal completed. This is by far the best dealer experience we have had. We would definitley return and purchase from Jeff Aioki and Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos.

The people we worked with were very professional and friendly. They gave us great customer service and were attentive to our needs. I could tell they listened to what we wanted and they were quick to find what we were looking for. I was very satisfied with how they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and content throughout the process. The hospitality was great and we were comfortable during the process. I was very satisfied with the service we received.

Called in because my wife was looking for a van to transport our two kids and also to take our big family on trips whenever we want to. I called many dealers and the only dealer that gave me up front pricing was at Norm reeves Honda. The person I spoke was mellow and very accomodating to my questions. So I got Ishan's name and info. I didn't commit to a time cause I wanted to shop for more dealers. Finally decided to visit Ishan. My wife is very hard to please and I think Ishan did a good job by answering her questions. My wife decided to walk out because the vehicle we liked had accessories. Ishan went to work for us and got us a good deal. My wife kept calling Ishan unprofessional and that he was charging us extra but Ishan never lost his mellowness and kept a smiling straight face throught. I decided to write this review because Ishan kept his calm attitude throughout the entire process and I had a pleasant experience. Talk to Ishan next time you're looking for a Honda, he'll put that extra effort to make things happen.

My wife wanted to get out if her BIMMER 528i and looking for a bigger car cause our daughter was getting bigger. Looked for a pilot as it was rated good for safety and its a Honda. Shopped around came across Ishan Packeer. He was informative and replied to our questions promptly. So we de decided to go see him. Ishan was the most professional pleasant person we came across. He went to work and got our car paid off and got us a great car deal.
